I absolutely love these. I had nagging hip pain. Im a massage therapist , so getting work done to take care of it was my first point of action. after 7 months of no results, I took a chance on purchasing these. I place then on the differemt Trigger point areas, and my hip pain complete dissapeared. I havent had any hip pain for months and Im back t normal activities!!!!!
