SHIPPING POLICY

***COVID-19 NOTICE AND INFORMATION***

Please expect delays with all deliveries during this time due to flights being grounded and delays occurring with customs clearances that are constantly changing. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control but we are keeping in contact with our shipping partners to make sure that everything keeps moving. We completely understand that you would love to receive your goodies right away. We kindly ask that we all patient and understanding during this time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We refund full priced items that are returned in their original condition.

Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this time frame may be denied.

Items must be returned in their original condition including tags, plastic bag and sanitary labels to be eligible for either a refund or store credit

Once CREATIVE KITCHEN has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.

CREATIVE KITCHEN reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume or scents on the item. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

No restock fees.

Please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by us.

Please allow 7-8 business days for a refund to be processed during holiday periods.

You will be notified via the email address that the order was placed with once the transaction has been processed.

Refunds will be issued to the credit card, PayPal or account that the payment had originally come from.

***Please note if there may be an issue with your original payment type, you must notify our customer care team prior to making your return at shopcreativekitchen@gmail.com in order to organise alternative refund arrangements.

Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.

***We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as we cannot issue a refund on items that are not received. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
