This is a wild vegetable cultivated and harvested in the clean 700m altitude area of Pyeongchang, Gangwon-do, adding a soft and savory taste along with the vegetable's natural aroma. It is delivered after all steaming, washing, and trimming processes, so no separate cooking is required. It can be cooked simply and easily. Instead of the conventional boiling heat treatment method, Pyeongchang Farm's unique steaming technology was used to minimize nutrient destruction. Foreign substances were removed through two rounds of cooling and washing. In addition, the special drying technology of the Gangwon-do Agricultural Technology Institute was introduced to dry the vegetables by rubbing them, thereby maintaining their unique aroma, soft texture, and flavor.
It is a natural vegetable grown and harvested in the clean area of Pyeonchang, Gangwon-do, South Korea located 700m above, which makes it soft and more savory with the fragrance of the vegetable.

Destruction of nutrients was minimized using steam technology developed by Pyeongchang Farm, rather than the traditional boiling method of heat treatment.
It has been cooled and washed twice to remove and substances. Also we have received a special drying technology from the Gangwon Provincial Agricultural Research and Extension Services and went through a process of rubbing the vegetables to maintain its unique aroma, soft texture, and flavor.
You can make seasoned vegetable (namulmuchim 나물무침), Radish Miso Soup 시래기된장국, Radish Soy Bean Paste Soup 시래기된장찌개, or just simply eat with rice.
Gondre Pasta
Soak Gondre herbs in hot water for 5 minutes, wash and remove all water.
Put pasta, sauce and Gondre to your pasta.
Gondre Rice
Soak Gondre herbs in hot water for 5 minutes, wash and remove all water.
Add a bit of salt and 1 tea spoon of perilla oil or sesame oil to Gondre and mix it together.
Put water onto rice with Gondre herbs until equal level is reached and boil it.
Gondre Soup
Boil water and add Doenjang.
Add and boil all other ingredients and Gondre.
Gondre Namul
Soak Gondre herbs in hot water for 5 minutes, wash and remove all water.
Add salt and perilla oil or sesame oil and mix well with soy sauce seasoning.
