Returns Policy

You may return new products within 30 days of the delivery date, and we will issue a refund to your original payment card. Only products purchased directly from Ilovekoreatown.com are eligible for return. All gift cards, sheet masks, swag/books, and packaged sets** are final sale and cannot be returned. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only; we cannot issue refunds to other payment methods. Outbound shipping costs and return label fees will be deducted from the refund. If you prefer to use your own shipping method to send the items back, please include your invoice or order number in the package and send a message with the shipping details via our Contact page. I Love Koreatown monitors return history and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. Repeated returns may lead to the closure of your I Love Koreatown account or the refusal of future orders, which will be handled at our discretion.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center and enter your order number along with the email address or zip code used for your order. Once entered, you will be guided through the next steps to complete your return.

Refunds

Returned items are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt, and you will receive a confirmation email once the processing is complete. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. All refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD); any discrepancy in the refund amount is due to fluctuations in exchange rates at the time of processing. If you do not see the refund within that timeframe, please contact your card issuer directly for further assistance.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are unsatisfied with your item and would like to purchase a different one, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.
