In 1999, starting with the double-sided pan, Happycall has adhered to principles that have been upheld for a long time, even to this day. When crafting a single frying pan, we insist on using materials with a purity level exceeding 97%, apply natural mineral coatings, and follow a comprehensive 39-step production process, which includes a minimum of three coating procedures and five cleaning stages. Happycall frying pans are only considered complete after meeting stringent quality control standards.

Special Features
IH Stainless Disk
The IH Stainless Disk, designed for induction cooking, is extensively compressed using high-pressure technology. This ensures that the bottom remains stable and doesn't shake or rotate due to external deformation, even at high temperatures. It also efficiently delivers high heating power as it maintains close contact with the induction source.
X-Tinum Pro Interior Coating
The X-tinum Pro grade coating, featuring Happycall's technology, offers exceptional non-stick properties, ensuring that materials do not stick together. Its excellent abrasion resistance maintains a strong coating even after extended use.
Silica Exterior Coating
Happycall's 'Silica exterior' technology is rare to find in Korea. It features a high-gloss exterior treated with natural inorganic silica particles, rather than chemical ceramics baked at around 200°C. Instead, it undergoes high-temperature baking at over 450°C.
Forging Method
The robust body is crafted through a special forging process, and impurities are thoroughly removed in five cleaning stages. It gains durability through seven coating processes, with the coating's adhesion enhanced through high-temperature firing. Frying/Wok pans created this way can be used for an extended period without concerns about food seeping through the coating or sustaining damage.
Double Bright Cutting
"Double Bright Cutting" is an exclusive feature of Happycall frying and wok pans as well as pots. The dual-coating, with distinct properties on the interior and exterior, protects the edges from damage, ensuring long-lasting, like-new performance. This meticulous process involves 100% hand-cutting on both sides of the rim by skilled craftsmen.
PFOA & PFOS Free
This frying pan has met stringent quality standards right from the start, ensuring the non-detection of perfluorinated compounds like PFOA, PFOS, PFBS, and PFHxA.
Works on Any Heat Source
You can use all heat sources, including induction, gas ranges, electric stovetops, and hot plates.
