O'Food Ssamjang is one of the essential traditional fermented coniments used in Korean cuisine. Mild Ssamjang is used as a dipping sauce for vegetables or as a condiment for Galbi, grilled pork and other meat wrapped in Ssam (vegetable wrap). Ssam is 'vegetable wrap' in Korean and Jang is 'sauce or dipping sauce' in Korean. Put together we have 'Ssamjang' which also known as seasoned soybean paste.
